Exerpt from the WCES email and phone call on September 19th -
"
Boosterthon will take place in October! Every child will receive a Boosterthon shirt. Please go to www.wesleychapelpto.com and register so that you can share your child’s shirt size. This costs nothing and does not require joining the PTO. We need the sizes by next Friday, Sept 24th so we can order your child’s shirt."
BUT you ask - how do I do that?
1) Have you ever created an account on www.wesleychapelpto.com?
If you haven't you should, it's free and easy to do and allows for easy access. Once you create a login, it will ask you to verify your email.
Otherwise, just login!
2) Have you ever filled in the "Family Information" form?
You'll know you have if you have green checkmarks next to them when you click on "Open Forms" under your account -> https://wesleychapelpto.membershiptoolkit.com/Open_Forms
Let's double check!
3) From the Family information form it's very easy to update your student's t-shirt size:
You'll start on the Parent form, click Next and now you're on the Student form. Enter your child's information and shirt size!
If you've already done this - great, you're done.
If not, just update away and hit "Save", You're done!
Remember, this is for our Boosterthon that kicks off in October and Culminates with the Fun Run on the 2nd of November.
T-shirts do not cost and you do not have to JOIN THE PTO - though we'd appreciate it if you did (and so would the kids that want to ice cream party!). Deadline September 24th!
