Spirit Rock

Welcome to the Spirit Rock signup sheet!  Celebrate your child's birthday or send a positive shout-out by reserving our spirit rock.  Please choose a date to reserve the spirit rock.  

 

Please adhere to the guidelines below:

  1. The Spirit Rock will be reserved through wesleychapelpto.com ONLY. Signups are on a first come first serve basis.  While we wish everyone would be able to get their child's actual birthday or other special day, that may not always be an option. Please do not contact the PTO if you were not able to get your preferred date.
  2. The Spirit Rock is rented for $10 a day. Payment is due at the time of signup on the PTO website. 
  3. The reservation is for one school day starting at 3:00 p.m. on the night prior to the sign up date. (example: if you sign up for April 24, then you may decorate the rock starting at 3:00 pm on April 23 - the person that has April 25th can start at 3:00 pm on April 24th, etc) 
  4. If the rock is painted over by someone, it is not the PTO or school's responsibility. Wesley Chapel Elementary PTO reserves the right to remove any content, message or language from the Spirit Rock that is deemed inappropriate or not of a positive nature.
  5. The family painting the rock assumes liability for any individual or member of the group who may be injured, or who may incur clothing or other personal property damage.
  6. Families must furnish their own labor, paint, and supplies.  Only the rock may be painted.
  7. The best paint to use is spray paint.  Don't worry about getting expensive paint, the cheap stuff works great!  Remember, latex paint or paint that is rolled on will take longer to dry.  Do not ever paint on any surface but the rock. 
  8. In order to allow everyone a chance to paint the rock, no consecutive days will be allowed.
