Helping Our Teachers Enjoy a Well-Deserved Break

Duty Free Lunch is one of the BEST ways we can support our amazing WCES teachers and staff! Once a month, parents cover lunch duty so teachers can enjoy a break and enjoy snacks, meals, and treats provided by the PTO. It’s a simple but powerful way to show appreciation and give back to those who give so much to our kids. 💛

Volunteer Responsibilities

• Arrive a few minutes early to check in at the front office.
• Help students open snacks, navigate the cafeteria, and clean up as needed.
• Cover your assigned grade level(s) for the full lunch time slot.
• Encourage kindness and help keep lunch running smoothly.

IMPORTANT: All volunteers MUST be UCPS Approved Volunteers for the 2025-2026 school year. Even if you were approved last year, you must resubmit your application for this year. Please complete your application before signing up!
